These balloons are great for adding a bit of vibrancy to an event. Each pack includes a bag of colourful confetti, which can be put inside the balloons to really add to decorations. To fill the balloons, simply fold the acetate piece (also included) into a funnel, and pour the confetti into the neck of the balloon. These balloons measure 12 inches in diameter.
