Ordering
Orders may be placed online and our delivery options can be found below for UK and International charges.
We offer FREE delivery to all UK addresses on orders over £30.
Orders for standard delivery are usually dispatched within 24 hours and are sent using Royal Mail (a signature may be required).

STANDARD DELIVERY
Delivery cost: FREE on orders £30 and over/£3.95 for orders under £30
Please allow 3-5 working days
If you are purchasing charms as part of your order, you will need to allow around 3-4 weeks for us to dispatch your order. This is due to our turn around time to hand make these items. We will always try and get them out sooner than this where we can.
CHARM ONLY DELIVERY
Delivery cost: £1.95
Please allow 3-4 weeks for dispatch. We will always try and get them out sooner than this where we can.
INTERNATIONAL CHARM ONLY DELIVERY
Delivery cost: £3.99
Please allow 3-4 weeks for dispatch. We will always try and get them out sooner than this where we can.
EXPRESS DELIVERY
Delivery cost: £5.50
Please allow 1-2 working days.
DELIVERY TO REST OF WORLD
Delivery cost: £9.95
Please allow 7-10 working days
Goods delivered abroad may be subject to local custom and excise duty which you are responsible for paying.
Order Confirmation
The Wedding Bells will send you a confirmation of your order by email. If there are any problems with your order, we will advise you as soon as possible. If you do change your mind after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible and we can cancel or amend your order up until the time of dispatch.

Every care has been taken to ensure that details of our products and prices are correct. We do however reserve the right to (i) change prices if necessary and without prior notice (ii) to offer an alternative of the same quality and value, if for any reason an item be no longer available due to circumstances beyond our control. In this unlikely event, we will of course notify you immediately. Should we be unable to fulfil your order, or part of, we will not be liable for the failure to deliver those goods in question.
